Shipping Policy

M.M.Corporation has integrated one of the best Payment Gateway in our website (www.softybra.com) for ease of secure and safe transactions for happy customers. Our Payment partners are well equipped with security standards to avoid any misconduct or spam. Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of M.M.Corporation before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event case, your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by M.M.Corporation or its delivery partners, M.M.Corporation will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple order for the products in one transaction, M.M.Corporation would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If you purchase multiple products in single transaction, then all the products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Shipping Terms

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. However, all the products sold by M.M.Corporation can be purchased online from any part of the world. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from softybra.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Once order is placed successfully, order is shipped within next 24-48 hours. However, the delivery of the item can take up to 7 working days after shipment depending upon the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

M.M.Corporation provides free delivery on all products if order amount is above certain limit i.e. 699 INR for shipping within India. For shipping outside India, shipping charges may be applicable. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by the customer. Some areas in INDIA attract more shipping cost and hence additional charge shall reflect on your Total Amount before proceeding for Payment.

Cash on Delivery

M.M.Corporation provides Cash on Delivery option for all orders, all over India. However, there are certain areas and products for which Cash on Delivery option is not available. Minimum of Rs.99 is chargeable over and above the Order amount for Cash on Delivery facility as convenience fee.

Delivery Time

M.M.Corporation monitors and deliver quality product directly from Natural source. M.M.Corporation operates with 3-5 days shipping policy for the areas covered by our reputed shipping partners. For other areas, orders will be sent by surface service which may take 1 week depending on the location.

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Other areas are referred to the areas where in there is limited scope of private shipping. In such cases if any order is booked from any such location, M.M.Corporation will intimate you before dispatch. In case of any expedited delivery request by you, additional charges will be applicable. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Taxes or Hidden Charges

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.

Cancellation Policy

You need to intimate M.M.Corporation by e-mail (info@softybra.com) or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.
M.M.Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. In case you received an open or unsealed package from M.M.Corporation shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate M.M.Corporation to investigate the issue. M.M.Corporation will replace the product without additional charges.

M.M.Corporation takes quality as one of their top values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.

Refund Policy

An order can be cancelled and you can get refund in one of the two ways available as follows;

Refund as Reversal into your bank account/NEFT/Cash deposit.
Amount will be refunded to the same bank account used at the time of transaction. In case of order via NEFT either the amount will be transferred back through NEFT or cash will be deposited into the bank account. The customer needs to notify us with an email to get refund via this option. Also note that there would be 10% cancellation fee applicable for this option if order is cancelled post shipping. However, in case of exchange there would be no cancellation fee applicable.

Refund as KV Points (Default)
This is the default option of refund for order cancellation. The full amount is refunded as KV Points. There will be no deduction in the order amount whether order is shipped or not.

Amendments
M.M.Corporation may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised version will be effective at the time M.M.Corporation posts it on the website. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Policy.
